THE CRUST 

2/3 cup hazelnuts
1 cup gluten free 1-to-1 flour
4 Tbsp confectioners’ sugar
1/3 cup coconut oil

HAZELNUT PUDDING 

2 cups unsweetened plant-based milk
4 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup vegan chocolate hazelnut spread
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt

CHOCOLATE GANACHE 

1/2 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup canned coconut cream
1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped
